Returns

1. The maximum period for request the return is 15 calendar days from receipt of order by the customer.

2. To begin the process of return or refund the customer must send an email to info@quattria.com, indicating, in the case of refunds, the reason for it and a bank account number where we will make a transfer in his/her favor. And in case of change we will need to know the item you want to change for (range, model, color, etc).

3. Any product you want to change or return must always be with the original packaging and labeling intact, conveniently packaged and protected. The item to be returned must be in the same conditions in which it was received, which will be determined by our experts.

4. Quattria will not admit any change or return on personalized or configured items (such as ANITA shelf).

5. If the order is returned to origin due to the carrier could not deliver the goods (by negligence of it) to the recipient, our company will cover the cost of the first forwarding.

In case that the carrier had operated properly, Quattria will not be responsible of forwarding. If we had charged it before sending the order, we will refund the item(s) that were in the order, but not the shipping costs.

6. If the return or change is due to an error of us as far as shipping is concerned, Quattria will send his transport service to withdraw the package to a place (which will be in the same location where the packet was received and that the client must specify in the same message of point 2). Obviously, Quattria is responsible for all costs incurred by the return and shipment of the correct order in case of change.

When Quattria receive the package, it will be checked and if there was negligence on its part, it will proceed to send the new product in case of a change and, refund the money if they return within 7 working days of receipt at our warehouse. The money will be refund to the customer by bank transfer.

7. If the shipment was successfully made on our part and the return or refund is due to customer's personal reasons, changes will be different than returns. In case of return will be the customer who bears all shipping costs from the first shipment and subsequent return. To make the change or refund the customer must send us the product to the address listed at the end of this point. On receiving the package, Quattria will confirm the condition of the product and will dispatch the new product in case of changes and refund the money if they return within 7 working days following receipt. The money will be refund to the customer by bank transfer.

8. If the shipment was successful by us and have passed 15 calendar days from receipt of order by the customer, in the exercise of warranty, the customer who will bear the shipping costs to Quattria (same direction as indicated in the previous section). Quattria will repair orchange the article subject to warranty and its subsequent shipment.
