8. Prohibition of Resale
You must be the ultimate recipient of the product acquired, because Quattria does not allow the sale for resale to third parties. It will be allowed not to include the price in accordance with applicable law in the country of destination and special shipping procedures, especially, in the case of the Customs’.
9. Purchase Process
To make a purchase at www.quattria.com or www.quattria.es , you must follow the following process:
1st.- Select the products you want to buy from among those offered by Quattria in its webpage.
2nd.- Once selected the product/s that you want to buy, you must press the button "Add to cart", leaving the product into your shopping cart, if you wish you can continue to add more products to your shopping basket.
3rd.-After product/s selection, you will see a summary identifying the selected items. At this point you shall indicate the area where your shipment will be sent to get the shipping cost. Finally, to proceed with your order, press the button "The checkout".
4th.-You must identify with your user account or fill out the registration form if you are not yet a registered user.
5th.- Finally you have to choose the payment method of your order among those offered by Quattria. Some payment methods such as PAYPAL are managed by the owner company of these, so that Quattria disclaims any responsibility for problems arising for the use of these systems or platforms.
6th.- Once the order process is done, Quattria will send you an email with your order details. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours, please get in touch with us. If you see any mistake in the data entered in your order you can edit them by:

10. Shipments
The prices shown on our store are expressed in Euros and VAT is included in all orders addressed to the European Union to the corresponding rate according to the applicable law. For orders outside the EU, Quattria will act according to the applicable legislation.
The delivery time are detailed in the shipping section.
In case of payment by bank transfer the delivery time shall begin from the day of the reception in our bank account of the transfer or at the time of receiving bank proof via email. In case of payment with card the delivery period shall begin from checkout.
If you make a deposit or transfer at the same bank than Quattria indicated in the "Payment" section, your order will be managed immediately. If you make a transfer from another bank, please note that this will not be effective until the 48 working hours after having been carried out.
11. Returns
Quattria works to make you satisfied with your purchase and therefore provides you with various methods to refund in case this does not happen.

You may return the product in its original packaging with all accessories, assuming Quattria shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and the return.
Quattria will be forwarding the product free of charge for you.
In the case of breakage during shipment, it is essential that you tell us on the same day of receipt and note the impacts on the delivery order from the carrier.
Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, the customer has the right of withdrawal, which can return the product received if it finds that it does not fit their expectations. The exercise of this right of withdrawal must be made within a maximum period of 15 working days from its receipt and according to the official calendar of the place where the good has been handed over. To exercise this right it will be essential to keep the original packaging of the product and that it was unused, being on the client's account the expenses of return. The return of opened packaging except those in poor conditions shall not be permitted.
Shipping costs are excluded from the return unless it is due to an error in the delivery of the product by Quattria or the product return for being defective.
The refund of the purchase shall be made once checked the status of the goods and with the same payment method used for in that time.
In case of returning items in bad conditions, Quattria reserves the right to pay a lower amount for your order.
You have not received your order and want to cancel it or modify it:
If your order has left our warehouse, not having any mistake by Quattria, and you do not want your order, Quattria may require compensation for shipment made.
If your order has not been processed, you will only need to inform us of the modification or cancellation and it will not have any cost for you.
In case of returns, if you want to send the items by a company of your choice, you must always send it with the pre-paid, instead if you want to send it via our shipping company, you must get in touch with the delegation of the company in your area and request a pick-up (indicating that it will be COD shipping) in order to benefit from cheaper rates.
Remember don't throw the packaging until checking all items are in perfect conditions.
Before using or assembling any part, please verify that all products match what you ordered (model, color, dimensions, finishing, etc...), making an immediate claim, it there is any anomaly. In case of mistake, please do not remove it of their original packaging.

12. Warranty
All our products are guaranteed for manufacturing defects for TWO (2) years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

To buy at Quattria.com is necessary to be registered. The data provided will be kept stored in our database with the purpose of processing the order and expedite future purchases.
